چکیده
Introduction: Studies have shown that middle school is a decisive time for either promoting or dissuading student interest in the areas of mathematics and science (1). Students who are not engaged in learning these subjects in the critical middle school years often lose interest and motivation by the time they reach high school. Use of technology and hands-on activities has been shown to engage middle school students and encourage their interest in these subjects (9).
